For us to provide the service you expect, you must supply us with all the pieces that are required to complete the mailing. If you choose to do the inserting yourself, we only need the envelopes for addressing.

Can I save money by having Calligraphy by Computer just do the calligraphy addressing on the envelopes, and then I do my own inserting, sealing, stamping and mailing?

We encourage you to use our full service. We do offer an option for the calligraphy service only, but for the small cost difference, we strongly recommend you turn the whole job over to us. However, if you choose to finish the job yourself, please refer to our inserting tips .

I saw a certain style of stamps that I want to use on my invitations. What stamps can be used?

Our pricing includes applying any stamps that are available from the Post Office. You can bring in special stamps of your choice and we will apply them to your invitations. We will weigh your invitations to make sure you have the proper postage amount. Remember, square envelopes will cost a little more in postage, and our services do not include the postage stamps themselves.

Some people on my list get an announcement, others an invitation to the reception, and some get a special invitation to the ceremony or dinner. How can Calligraphy By Computer help me sort them out?
